What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order before it ships. Contact me as soon as possible before the item has shipped to receive a full refund. Please include your order number and full name. I ship out orders every 1-2 business days and notify you via email when your order has shipped.
If you would like to cancel an item after it has already shipped, you would have to request a return instead. Please see below for details on the return policy.
Digital products are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased.
What is the return policy?
If you would like to return an item, please contact me and let me know within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and full name in the message. Please ship the item back to me in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it. I will refund you the cost of the item as soon as I receive it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Digital products and personalized items are non-refundable.
Conditions of return
Returned items must be shipped back in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
