Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

I ship orders every 1-2 business days and you will receive a notification email as soon as your order is sent out. Orders ship out from Toronto, Canada using Canada Post. Packages get taken over by the postal service of the destination country upon arrival to that country (i.e., USPS for USA, etc.).

How long is delivery?

There are several shipping options for different locations. You can choose your preferred shipping option at checkout before paying.

CANADA
  • Express: 1-3 business days with Tracking.
USA
  • Standard: 4-8 business days with Tracking.
  • Express: 2-3 business days with Tracking.
INTERNATIONAL
  • Standard: 2-3 weeks without Tracking.
  • Tracked: 1-2 weeks with Tracking.
  • Express: 4-10 days with Tracking (delivery time depends on destination).
Please note: tracked or express options may not be available for all international destinations. You can see all delivery options at checkout before paying.

Where can I track my order?

All orders to the United States and Canada come with tracking numbers. You will receive an email when your order ships, which will include a link to track the order.

If you would like tracking for International orders (Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and worldwide), you have to select the tracking option at checkout. Otherwise, standard international delivery is not tracked. (Please note, tracking or express delivery options may not be available for some international destinations. You can view all available delivery options to your destination at checkout.)

Are customs fees included?

International orders (excluding USA and Canada) may require you to pay customs fees upon or prior to delivery. Customs fees are not included in pricing on artismymagic and are the responsibility of the customer.

I entered an incorrect shipping address - what should I do?

Please notify me as soon as you can if you've entered an incorrect address. I can change it as long as the order has not shipped. I ship out orders within 1-2 business days, and send you a notification email. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do once the order has shipped. I am not responsible for any packages lost or misplaced due to incorrect address provided. Please remember to double check your address so that your package finds its way to you.

Is my package lost?

Very rarely, packages get delayed at customs or misplaced for unknown reasons. If you have a tracking number, please check the status of your shipment in case it is being held at customs and requires you to pay customs fees. If you think your package may be lost, please get in touch with me. In your message, please include your order number and full name.

Cancellations & Returns

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order before it ships. Contact me as soon as possible before the item has shipped to receive a full refund. Please include your order number and full name. I ship out orders every 1-2 business days and notify you via email when your order has shipped.

If you would like to cancel your order after it has shipped, you would have to request a refund instead. Ship the item back to me in its original condition and I will issue you a refund upon receipt of the returned item. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Digital products and personalized items are non-refundable.

What is the return policy?

If you would like to return an item, please contact me and let me know within 14 days of delivery. In your message, please include your order number and full name. Please ship the item back to me in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it. I will refund you the cost of the item as soon as I receive it. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Digital products and personalized items are non-refundable.

Conditions of return

Returned items must be shipped back in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
